MORE THAN A METHOD aims to bring the wisdom of the Training and Evaluation Cycle (TEC) beyond the TEC community and into a wider world of practice. We believe that the methods developed within TEC hold enormous value for professionals working in education and the social field.
Social workers, teachers, youth workers, and community practitioners can all benefit from these approaches. When shared more widely, TEC methodology can support learning, reflection, and personal growth among many groups — from young people and students to migrants and community members.
To make this knowledge accessible, we have created a comprehensive and beautifully illustrated guide designed specifically for professionals who are not familiar with TEC. The guide presents 24 carefully selected methods, adapted and simplified so they can be easily used in different professional settings.
