Dear Trainer,
the survey you are filling out is aimed at trainers who have experience within TEC training.
The research questions you will be asked concern:
1) what do you mean when you talk about good practice at a general level;
2) when considering your own good practice, what characteristics does it have?
3) what indicators do you use to define this practice you just described as ‘good practice’. In this sense, the repetition of the specific list in the form is not a mistake but a deepening of the concept, as we do not want to take for granted what each of us understands by good practice.
At the end of the questionnaire we will ask you to tell us what challenges you are experiencing in training today and what training needs you have for the future.
On a technical note, when you have a chance to select more voices from a list, like countries, for instance, you may do so by keeping the "Ctrl" key pressed, or Command key (⌘) in a Mac.
